Like its previous iterations, this year’s Latin Tyre Expo was arguably one of the most anticipated events in the automotive industry in Latin America. This year’s trade show was held from June 14 to 16, 2023, at the all new purpose-built Panama Convention and Trade Center.
Aside from the exhibition, there were plenty of other key highlights including a series of highly engaging presentations conducted by the leading lights of the tyre and auto parts industries. The well-known guest speakers extensively covered topics ranging from aftermarket parts to the top tyre and retreaded tyre developments from all over the world.
World-Wide Participation with Record-Breaking Numbers
Participants from all over the globe fully utilized the unique opportunity to network and learn about the latest innovations and trends in today’s tire industry. They also explored tyre-related business trends in this part of the world.
A record-breaking 500+ international exhibitors showed up to present their wares at this seminal tyre and auto parts event in the Caribbean. The exhibitors this year included a cross-section of tyre manufacturers as well as tyre service and repair companies. The trade show included significant numbers of tyre retreading companies along with various other wheels and automotive parts manufacturers.

The expo successfully connected many tyre manufacturing companies with thousands of distributors from all over South America, Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. In fact, the movers and shakers of the tyre industry in that part of the world benefited a lot from all the international exposure. On the other hand, various tyre companies also saw it as a viable occasion to help their business grow in that part of the world.
