On May 15th, the 13th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tyre and Auto Parts Exhibition opened. Double Star grandly launched the “black technology” in the tyre industry – “ADDPOWER” wheel. It is understood that the “ADDPOWER” wheel has 7+26 invention patents worldwide, overturning the 178-year history of “tire + rim”.
The “ADDPOWER” wheel does not need to be inflated, does not need rims, does not need to remove the wheel, and will never burst. The service life can match the vehicle, up to 15 years. More importantly, it not only uses almost no rubber, but also reduces carbon emissions. People in the industry believe that this product will bring epoch-making changes to the world of tyre industry.
“ADDPOWER” wheel (referred to as “ADP”) is a mechanical wheel made of steel, consisting of inner and outer wheels, stoppers, cylinders, dampers, treads and other components. The polyurethane tread is mounted on the outer wheel, allowing the tread to be changed without removing the wheel. During the running process, the cylinder and damper are used to continuously buffer and pressurize to improve the buffer elasticity and impact resistance, so that the vehicle is more comfortable, energy-saving and safer to drive.
The “ADP” wheel subverts the traditional “tire + rim” design principle, material, process, equipment, sales and service model.
