Key Responsibilities: ⬇

– Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base, building and leveraging a network of contacts.
– Convert qualified leads into customers to support consistent sales growth.
– Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Facilitate smooth after-sales processes by providing assistance and guidance to clients post-purchase.
– Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
– Keep clients informed about the latest products, services, and industry news relevant to their interests.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.


Requirements: ⬇

● Fresh graduates are eligible to apply, internship experience in sales or business development is a plus
● Demonstrated customer service and account management
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
● Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
● Bachelor’s in Business (B.Comm, BBA) and/or Marketing, or a related field.
